Media biography

Even as a small child, one of my hobbies was watching movies. The Lion King probably laid the foundation for my enthusiasm for film and television. I always wanted to understand how it all works, how many people work on it and what it takes to make films.
That’s why I studied media and communication in Passau after graduating from high school and did an exciting internship semester at a major German TV station. From then on, it was clear to me that I really wanted to work in film.

After a few years working in set management for films and series at various production companies across Germany, I wanted to be part of the entire process of a film and to help shape it.
That’s exactly what I found at SONS. As a producer, I get to oversee my projects from start to finish and the job combines the best of the worlds in the office and on set for me!

My inner Lion King-loving child is happy and the grown-up Heidi is happy that she gets to wear the boss hat on set. 🙂
